Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery Methods

We deliver orders using trusted courier services such as DPD, FedEx, or postal services. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm and may require a signature upon delivery.

1.2 Delivery Times

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours. However, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not included.

We will notify you of any changes to delivery times by email or telephone, provided correct contact details were supplied at checkout.

Orders placed after 2:00pm are likely to be dispatched on the next working day.


1.3 Delivery Charges

A minimum delivery charge of £3.29 + VAT applies to all orders. This charge covers processing, packaging, handling, and courier costs.

Additional items added to the same order may incur no additional delivery charge or a small supplementary charge, depending on size and weight.


1.4 Packaging

We actively recycle packaging materials. As a result, your order may arrive in a different outer box to the one shown online. This does not affect the contents or condition of the goods.


2. Returns & Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation Rights

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept cancellation notifications by telephone.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Goods must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Complete and in resale condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Goods correctly supplied will not be accepted for return without written notification within 7 days of delivery.


2.2 Return Responsibility

You are responsible for the safe return of goods until they are received by us. All returned items must be sent via recorded or tracked delivery.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


2.3 Refund Deductions

We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds for:

  • Missing parts

  • Damaged items

  • Used consumables (e.g. batteries, lamps, fuses)

Certain large or fragile items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method and processed after inspection of returned goods.

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear in your account.


3. Faulty Goods & Warranty

3.1 Fault Reporting

Any faults or defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of delivery, including a clear description of the issue.

Returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us and must be adequately packaged.


3.2 Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers faults caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty workmanship

  • Design issues

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or neglect

  • Accidental or wilful damage

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Overloading

  • Consumable items (batteries, lamps, fuses)


3.3 Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, faulty goods may be:

  • Repaired

  • Replaced with an item of similar or better specification

Replacement items may be new or reconditioned.

Goods will not be repaired or replaced until all outstanding payments have been settled.


4. Orders & Availability

All information, pricing, and product listings on this website do not constitute an offer.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

Please note:

  • Orders are accepted within the United Kingdom only

  • Prices and information are correct at time of publication (errors & omissions excepted)

  • All products are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to substitute products with alternatives of equal or greater value

  • Product images and descriptions are representative only

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.


5. Use of Personal Information

We store and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be used to:

  • Process orders

  • Provide customer service

  • Inform you about our products and services (subject to your preferences)


6. Disclosure of Information

We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or court order.


7. Security

All online transactions are protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.

Our systems are secured behind enterprise-grade firewalls, and payment processing is handled by trusted, secure providers. Sensitive payment information is not accessible from the public internet.


8. Online Shopping System

Our online store uses a virtual shopping basket:

  • Items remain in the basket for up to 4 hours

  • You can add, remove, or amend items before checkout

  • Secure checkout requires name, address, and payment details

Common ordering issues may occur if:

  1. Your browser does not support SSL encryption

  2. You are accessing the site behind a restricted corporate firewall

All goods ordered through this website are supplied on a business-to-business basis, unless stated otherwise.
