Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
Orders placed after 2:00pm are usually processed on the next working day.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.

If there is any delay or change to your delivery, we will contact you via email or telephone, provided accurate contact details were supplied at checkout.


2. Delivery Methods

We ship orders using reliable courier and postal services, including DPD, FedEx, and First Class post.

Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm and may require a signature on delivery.


3. Delivery Charges

A minimum delivery charge of £5.99 applies to all orders under £50.00 all orders over £50 are free.

This charge contributes to:

  • Order processing

  • Packing and handling

  • Packaging materials

  • Courier and postal fees

Additional items added to the same order may either incur no additional delivery charge or a small supplementary charge, depending on the size and weight of the items.


4. Delivery Area

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.


5. Packaging

We are committed to environmentally responsible practices and may use recycled packaging materials.
Your order may arrive in a different outer box than expected; however, this does not affect the condition or quality of the products inside.


6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, the courier may:

  • Leave a calling card

  • Attempt redelivery

  • Return the parcel to the depot

Any additional charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be passed on to the customer.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High-volume periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, retain all packaging materials to assist with our investigation.


9. Order Tracking

Where applicable, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
