Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by notifying us in writing by email within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Complete and in resale condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept return notifications by telephone.


2. Return Process

All returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us by email before returning any items.

Returned items must be sent via recorded or tracked delivery.
The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods until they are received by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or partially used items

  • Consumable items such as batteries, lamps, and fuses

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification


4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide clear details (and photos where possible) to assist with our investigation.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method only

  • Are processed after inspection and approval

  • May take up to 10 working days to appear in your account


6. Refund Deductions & Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to deduct amounts from refunds for:

  • Missing or damaged parts

  • Used consumable items

  • Excessive handling or wear

Certain large, fragile, or palletised items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.


7. Faulty Goods & Warranty

If a product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, please notify us in writing with details of the issue.

Faulty goods may be:

  • Repaired

  • Replaced with an item of similar or better specification

Replacement items may be new or reconditioned, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Consumable items


8. Responsibility for Returned Goods

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured delivery services.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us in writing as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard return process.


10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
